National Golf Events began in San Diego in 1998 as a specialized corporate and tournament golf operation serving business meetings, conventions, incentive programs and hotel clients.
As returning clients began asking NGE to provide the same level of golf support in other destinations, the company expanded nationally and incorporated as National Golf Event Management, Inc.
Today, NGE combines decades of hands-on golf knowledge with the service standards expected by Fortune 500 companies, luxury hotels, resorts, destination management companies and professional meeting planners.

National Golf Events' hospitality roots include a longstanding relationship with the iconic Hotel del Coronado, where Sebastian Medori has served as the in-house Director of Golf since 1998. That experience helped shape the service model NGE continues to provide to leading hotels, resorts and DMCs today.

Sebastian Medori
Sebastian Medori leads National Golf Events with a combination of competitive golf experience, hospitality education and more than 25 years of hands-on corporate golf event management.
His career has included hotel golf operations, tournament management, golf-course partnerships and the development of long-term relationships throughout the golf and hospitality industries.
Experience from Both Sides of the Golf Event
Sebastian's background began as a competitive golfer, earning a golf scholarship and competing at the NCAA Division I collegiate level.
He later earned degrees focused on travel, tourism, hotel and restaurant management and served as Director of Golf and Recreation at the Sheraton Grande Torrey Pines, now Hilton La Jolla Torrey Pines.
